This cottage was built in 2017 and features all the modern amenities that you would want. Our family spends most of the summer in this home, but we rent it out in the Fall, Winter, and Spring for year-round rest and relaxation! You'll love the multiple living spaces (indoor and outdoor), 3 king beds, and large, well-stocked kitchen. Now includes bed linens and towels in all rentals! These are included in the cleaning fee. Sheets are 100% cotton, 680 thread count. The space Generously sized for up to 16 guests, our home is well-stocked and has everything you need for family or group getaways - including games, toys, bluetooth stereo, and more! Features lots of living space and multiple gathering areas in an open floor plan with multiple gathering areas; huge primary suite with King bed, double vanity bath and oversize tiled shower; well-stocked kitchen. The front porch is one of our favorite rooms in the house, and features a bed-style porch swing. Guest access Access is via an electronic keypad on the front door. A custom code will be provided for you. Other things to note NEW! Linens and Towels are now provided as part of your stay, in September through May. These are included in the cleaning fee. In the summer months, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday (7 night minimum).
