Accessibility: A standard wheelchair fits through the front door, but the apartment is not fully wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs do not fit through the bathroom doors, and the showers are not accessible. If the guest using a wheelchair can walk a little, this apartment may still work. Security: There is a Ring camera at the front door and video surveillance of the rear parking area only (no interior cameras, no live monitoring). These are for break-in and theft prevention. Seasonal: Outdoor furniture is removed by the end of October and put back out around Mother’s Day. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire apartment, except for one locked utility room at the back. There are two small “half steps” from the sidewalk to the front door and one more step just inside. After that, the apartment is all on one level. Many wheelchair users manage the entry steps, and the back entrance has no steps, so a wheelchair can enter/exit there.
