Elegant ground-floor apartment with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms — ideal for business travellers, guests with limited mobility*, or families with young children. CITQ #291885 | LE PLATEAU SUR ST-DENIS | Exp: 2027-02-28 The space The plan you see in the photos is accurate in terms of the number of bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (4). Each bedroom has its ensuite bathroom. All beds are queen-sized to accommodate 8 guests total. There is 1 daybed (twin size) to accommodate 1 or 2 more guests (the daybed can be opened up to an almost king size) and 2 double sofa beds for an additional 4 guests. The maximum capacity for this apartment is 14. * Although a regular-size wheelchair will fit through the front door, we can not call this apartment wheelchair accessible. The wheelchairs will not fit through the bathroom doors and we do not have accessible showers. If the person using the wheelchair can walk a little, this is a good choice. *This apartment has a ring camera on the front door and other video surveillance (facing parking in the back only - no inside view). No live feed. For break-in and theft prevention only. *Outdoor furniture is taken away by the end of October and added back in for Mother’s Day. *You must have your own account to use Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV or Disney +. *There are NO regular TV channels other than the Samsung TV channels. Guest access Once you book this space, you will have access to the whole apartment (except for a utility room that remains locked at all times at the back of the apartment). There are 2 "half" steps from the sidewalk to the entrance of the apartment. Most people in wheelchairs have managed without problems. There is also 1 more step inside at the entrance. After that, the whole apartment is on one level and a wheelchair will do fine entering and exiting through the back because there are no steps there. Our onsite parking will be reserved for guests with mobility issues or small infants. Only smaller sedans will fit in the space. C$30/night. It is MANDATORY to use both the steering wheel lock bar and boot while parked in our reserved onsite parking. The parking location and how to access it are sent separately via email once the parking reservation is made. Other things to note You will receive an SMS once Airbnb confirms your reservation. It will ask you to re-confirm your phone number and to send us your means of travel. You must be at least 25 years of age to book this apartment. Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent's or legal guardian's consent in writing. No 3rd party reservations will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay, but doesn't need to be the 1st to arrive. We charge a high cleaning fee only to save our guests on taxes. The real cleaning fee is much lower. For this reason, you are asked to perform a few simple tasks at checkout. Luggage can NOT be dropped off before check-in or left in the apartment after check-out. Our staff will not clean if guests' personal belongings are in the apartment. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered based on staff availability and will cost $60. If the request comes less than 10 days before check-in, the cost will rise to $150. The new check-in time will be 2 pm and the new check-out time will be 1 pm. *We reserve the right to charge between $100 and $300 +tx to anyone not performing the required checkout tasks or to anyone leaving after the agreed-upon checkout time. There are NO regular TV channels other than the Samsung TV channels, but you can use your own streaming services. It is important to note that travel insurance should be purchased by all travellers to protect personal belongings and last-minute trip cancellations or interruptions. Please look into it before you book any trip around the world. We have all the permits necessary to rent short-term in our city. We are certified by the Quebec Tourism Board and are a registered business in the province of Quebec. We can provide receipts and tax numbers upon request. We can also provide separate bills for other corporate rentals upon request. With the rise of car theft in Montreal, anyone driving in should consider bringing a steering wheel lock bar or any other device that could keep the car from driving away (like a car boot). Anyone driving SUVs, especially Toyota Highlander, Honda CR-V, any type of Lexus, Jeep (all kinds), Pickup trucks, or Toyota Rav4 Hybrid, is encouraged to use indoor lots (the closest is located at 400 rue de Malines, a 10-minute walk away). As a courtesy, we have a steering wheel bar available that guests can borrow. Our onsite parking will be reserved for guests with mobility issues or small infants.
