Beautiful one bedroom condo with a breathtaking view from the 36th floor. Enjoy the fully renovated pool on the 15th floor, as well as the gym and spa. Our official check in goes from 4pm until 8pm so after 8pm there is going to be a late check in fee for $50 and depending on the time you want to check in the fee could go up to $100. The space The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Consists of 1 King sized bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with basic essentials. We also provide clean bed linens, towels, and shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Guest access *Due to the new rules in the building someone from our team has to be there with you in the front desk to check you in. If check in is after 8pm we have an additional $50 late check in charge due before arrival. * Unfortunately we do not offer early check-in or late check-out (unless explicitly agreed) we usually have guests before and after you and the apartment has to be ready and properly cleaned. Other things to note VALET PARKING Rates (In high season please plan in advanced, sometimes the valet parking gets full. There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from the building and the cost varies from $15 to $20 dollars/overnight) 0-1hour - $11.00 1-4 hours - $19.00 4-10 hours - $24.00 10-24 hours - $34.00 Lost Ticket - $34.00 • Garbage – Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Trash is to be disposed of properly. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell. • Smoking – Cigarette butts are not to be thrown off the balcony. • Noise complaints – Parties are not allowed in the unit, this is a residential building. The maximum of occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom. There should be NO loud or unusual noises after 11pm or before 7am. • Food Deliveries – Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or will be sent up to the unit. Name for delivery must be the same name as the one on the reservation. • Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts. - No Gas or charcoals or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit. * (Listed amenities subject to availability. Confirm before booking.) Please Note: Due to construction in the building, work on the pool-facing side is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 4th. For safety reasons, the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday, and will be open from Friday at 10:00 AM through Sunday.
