It kills HIV-1, MRSA, VRE, herpes simplex I and II and other pathogens. Q: Do you have a BBQ grill? A: Yes, a 4-burner gas grill on the deck. We bought a high quality Weber Genesis II in 2021. Check house manual for safety instructions. Q: Do you provide Propane Gas for the BBQ grill A: Yes. However, if the gas tank is empty then you need to refill it in town and we will reimburse you for the cost. Q: Is the fireplace operational? A: Yes, but we only turn it on for the winter season for safety and indoor climate reasons. It generates a lot of heat. Q: Are pets allowed? A: No. Pets are not allowed since we have allergies in the family. Q: Is smoking allowed? A: No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. Q: Are parties allowed? A: No, parties are not allowed. Our guests have access to the Village of Loon recreational amenities located just 600 ft from the house (see map in listing photos), incl. two indoor pools, two outdoor pools (summer), indoor and outdoor hot tubs, wading pool, sauna, fitness center, outdoor basketball court, 12 outdoor tennis courts, game room, coin operated laundry, playground and a ski shuttle in the winter.
