Refusal to complete this The space This is a perfect unit for a family or couples getaway! Shoreline Towers 2106 is located in tower 2 at Shoreline Towers on the 10th floor which allows for great view of the Gulf and a short walk to the beach or complex pool. There is plenty of space in this 3 bedroom condo to allow for group of 6 to stay without feeling crowded. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a King bed in the bedroom. The master bedroom also offers views of the beach. The guest bedrooms also offer King beds in each room and a beautiful shared bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower. The kitchen has is spacious and fully stocked with pots, pans, and full sized appliances. The dining area and living space are both located near the kitchen as well allowing everyone to interact no matter what you're doing. This area also allows you to see the stunning Emerald Waters and white sands from multiple locations in the condo. Shoreline Towers 2106 also offers wireless internet for your convenience. You won't regret booking Shoreline Towers 2106 for your next Destin getaway! Guest access You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. (Some navigation systems use 842 Harbor Blvd.). If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the breezeway. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-ins that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
