Miles and miles of warm sandy beaches await you. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located inside of the Oceans Village Gated Community. It is decorated in a modern, sheik, nautical meets the beach scene decor. Great for couples and up to 4 guests can stay. 9 hole Golf-course, 6 Tennis courts, Shuffle Board, 3 Pools are open, full gym, shuffle board and basketball courts. The large main pool is closed and being rebuilt. The tiki bar & on site restaurant are also temporarily closed. The space Our kitchen is fully stocked. Our "recreation closet" includes, tennis rackets, beach chairs, small cooler, beach towels, and beach cart. Wi-FI included. 2 Flat screen, HD Smart TV, with Direct TV cable service and accepts Netflix and other tv services. "Please note our condo is on the 2nd floor and you will have to use stairs. There are no elevators in our building" Other things to note EFFECTIVE, October 6, 2021, we will need to charge an additional 5% (per night rate) which will be used to pay the St Lucie County TouristTAX. This fee will be collected, after you have booked the condo and before you check in. This tax is in addition to the FL State Tax that is collected by AIRBNB & paid by you at the time you book. The additional tourist tax will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution center. (Please note, that AIRBNB only collects the state tax and not the local tax). The additional fee will be requested as: 5% St. Lucie Tax Collector for Property Tax ID 6044. Failure to pay, the additional fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
