We are a working farm with horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. there is always something to observe or just enjoy the tranquility. Located 15 mins. from Chattanooga, close to Cloudland Canyon,McClemore, Chickamauga Battlefield, Iron Man Bike Route, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Shirley Miller Wildflower Trail, Rock Town, Pigeon Mountain, and more. Large and spacious home with open floor plan. Great kitchen/den/dining area with great views of our flower gardens as well as to Lookout Mtn. Large master suite with private bathroom. Back screened in deck with cafe lights to enjoy the evening outside. Easy access off of main hwy. to the farm. Private parking beside the house. Access to home is through front door or up the back stairs to screened in porch then into the kitchen. This home is not handicapped friendly - sorry. Guests are allowed to meander the gardens, hayfield, and pathways. Enjoy visiting the goats. We love to greet or wave at our guests if they desire but generally allow them their privacy. We are a working farm so there will be some activity and people around in the broader further areas but we do respect each others spaces. This is a 75-acre family farm on a short cul de sac off of main highway. This is a rural setting. Farm has family members who live out of sight but on the farm. There are a total of three guest houses on the farm that are available for rent. Lots of farm activities going on but you have your privacy if you wish. Close to many sites but quiet and peaceful on the farm. This is a family farm and a working farm. There are typically activities going on somewhere on the farm from grandchildren riding their horses, to tours, to upkeep of our flower gardens, to bush-hogging and more. We or our guests allow you to have your privacy but you will often see us working or in activities. This house is not handicapped friendly; requires steps to get into the house. Not infant safe with the open stairwell access.
