We have repainted with fresh, trendy colors and boast a fully stocked kitchen with practically everything an avid chef would want on vacation, with a custom built kitchen table made from antique 100 year-old wood. This cozy cottage offers a beautiful dining and sitting area in a fenced-in, spacious backyard entertainment space, complete with a hot tub, an outdoor sectional sofa and covered dining table, picnic table, above-ground, fenced-in children's pool (9' in diameter and 28" tall at water line), a Blackstone Culinary Griddle, fire pit, hammock, swing, clothesline, a shed with yard and beach equipment, and an outdoor shower stall. Linens and towels as well as other personal amenities are included. Guest access The downstairs is perfect for people who require no-step access, with two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, eat-in kitchen, and laundry room. The upstairs has an additional queen bedroom, a kid's bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a twin bed, a sitting area, and a full bathroom. Other things to note The following house rules are strictly enforced: Minimum age of primary booker is 25 years old. Number of guests as well as ages must be reported upon booking. No Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, vaping, or cannabis products anywhere on the premises. No pets allowed. No partying allowed. Neighbors will call police if any drunkenness, loud music, or other disturbances are happening. $500 security deposit hold is required. Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement at time of booking. Any stay longer than 10 days will require an additional cleaning and inspection of the property at the end of each week. The guest agrees to pay these additional fees. Our rates may vary day by day. Please select your period to see the exact price for your selected dates. Towels and linens are provided. Explanation of cleaning fee: this covers a general cleaning as well as towels and linens. If extra cleaning is required because of excess messiness after a guest's departure or extra bedding (i.e. quilts, blankets, mattress protectors) is soiled during a guest's stay, this charge will be covered by the security deposit. No work crews are allowed to rent this property.
