We can also offer a full mattress on the floor for 2 extra people , 3 airbeds( Queen & Twins) and a Pack & Play for little ones. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premises. Guests shall allow homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. This right shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
