PGA West golf course home w/unobstructed view

Golf course front unobstructed views complete privacy from neighbors. 4 bedrooms (one a separate Casita). Top quality King beds except the Casita, two queen beds. We keep the home in great condition. Free Tea and coffee (Keurig, Nespresso) , Robes, hair dryers, a fully stocked kitchen, top quality sheets & towels, even travel toothbrushes for you if need be. The home has outstanding WIFI, with HBO, Showtime with smart TV's. A multi function printer/scanner in the desk work area. The space I've owned and managed the home as a vacation rental since March of 2019. I have not listed it on Airbnb before, but am a premiere host on VRBO with over 120, 5 star reviews in the last 2 years alone. The home is kept in excellent condition with a salt water pool that is heated to 83 during the day during your stay. Great all new beds, top quality linens and towels. Guest access you will have the entire home to yourself. The home is virtually private with large and tall mature hedges separating you and the neighbors. There are NO homes looking into your back yard only the mountains and golf course as you are right on the 6th green. The vacation experience is exceptionally private. Other things to note The HOA is very sensitive to vacation renters and guests. So you have to plan on being respectful of the neighbors. This cannot be a party house. So if that's what you are looking for, this isn't it. That said, you can enjoy yourself for sure, however you must be aware this is a private gated community and there are HOA rules. The most significant of which is the noise ordinances. No music outside or anything that makes noise after 10 pm or before 8 am. Only 3 cars per stay (we can get a 4th with an exception but you must write first). Parking must be either in the garage or on the driveway for overnight parking. If at any time you park on the street, you MUST park in the direction of traffic. POOL HEATING AND ADDITTIONAL COSTS- From the Winter months of November thru April, if you would like the pool heated to 83 degrees during the hours of 8 am thru 5 pm, there will be an additional charge of $120 per day. Gas prices in our area have tripled. You can use the jacuzzi/Spa anytime of day and that is included in your rental. The jacuzzi/spa will heat in 90 minute intervals when you turn it on. Remember to be respectful to the neighbors please and keep in mind noise ordinances after 10pm at all times. If you want the pool warmer or for a more extended period of time we are happy to discuss this, but believe it or not, the $120 a day barely covers the cost of heating the pool in the winter months to 83 during those hours.
