Madrona House on Private Beach

The house is a two story craftsman design, originally built in 1920 with modern remodels . The decor is a cozy mix of modern and eclectic. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and BBQing. There is one full bath on the ground floor and a half bath upstairs. Two outdoor seating areas, one near the beach, the other on the wrap around porch, boast beautiful views of the bay. The beach is private and home to local wildlife. It`s a very quiet property, although a 10 minute walk from town. Guest access The home, outdoor parking area, hot tub, yard and beach. If burning regulations permit, guests are welcome to use the fire pit and beachfront BBQ, but need to provide their own fire wood. Rules of conduct: Place recycling and solid waste in marked bins behind fence on north side of driveway. Respect the neighbors and Eastsound noise ordinances. Quiet hours 10pm - 7am. Follow all speeding, trespassing, outdoor burning and water conservation laws.
