Madrona House on Private Beach

The house is a two story craftsman design, built in 1920 with modern upgrades. Decor is a cozy mix of modern eclectic. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and a gas BBQ on the porch is perfect for summer dinners. There is one full bath on the ground floor and a half bath upstairs. Two outdoor seating areas, one near the beach, the other on the wrap around porch, both boast beautiful views of the bay and property. 10 min walk from town. The beach is private and adjacent to a tribal preserve. Guest access The home, outdoor parking area, hot tub, yard and beach. If burning regulations permit, guests are welcome to use the fire pit and beachfront BBQ, but need to provide their own fire wood. Other things to note Rental Permit number: 2001CU027 Call Terry with questions or for help. Rules of conduct: Place recycling and solid waste in marked bins behind fence on north side of driveway. Respect the neighbors and Eastsound noise ordinances. Quiet hours 10pm - 7am. Follow all speeding, trespassing, outdoor burning and water conservation laws.
