South Pasadena Cottage Near Metro

This charming, 106-year-old cottage sits in a stellar location, right in the heart of South Pasadena’s Mission District & Library Park— two-minute walk to the Metro. It has a walkability score of 92, near restaurants, bars, cafés, grocery stores, schools, churches, new music venue “Sid the Cat”, and two Trader Joe's! A short drive to In 'N Out for burgers. The neighborhood is often featured in films, TV shows, commercials and is treasured for its tree-lined quiet streets and historic character. The space We have taken a great deal of thoughtful time and effort to describe our property and what you can expect. Please take the time to read through this thoroughly before writing us or instant booking and asking questions that are covered in the material below. The Cottage is behind a private gate. It was built in 1919 and feels like a Carmel or Laguna "vacation get away". It has its own yard with cozy seating areas outside with fountains. The living room has a large flat screen TV and hardwood floors. The main bedroom has a quality queen size bed and the living room has a double futon. The second bedroom has a twin size bed. There is a small office with a view of the common area for your use. There’s a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The courtyard has a large dining table with large umbrella that seats 8. There are 2 BBQs and high-speed WiFi. The Cottage is fully stocked with linens, all kitchen supplies, new appliances, dressing table and storage space. We park both of our cars on the property. There is no room for tenants car’s but there is ample street parking. There is a large EV charging station, including a Tesla Super Charger, 1.5 miles from the Cottage and another charging station in town, near the police station. Guest access You will have access to a washer/dryer inside the home, three flat screen TVs, Blu-ray player, high speed WiFi, two BBQs, refrigerator, garbage disposal, office & 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms have down comforters (we also have a down alternative). For those that like to bake or cook there is a full kitchen with anything you will need. There is lots of storage and closet space. Other things to note South Pasadena is located 9 miles North of Downtown Los Angeles and just south of Pasadena. San Marino is adjacent to the East. Parking is on the street. Parking passes can be obtained through the City Of South Pasadena’s web site.
