The space This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home offers comfort and flexibility for families or groups. Enjoy a spacious layout featuring a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a third room with both a full and twin bed — plus a cozy loft with a futon for extra sleeping space. One bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, while the other has a sleek walk-in shower. Freshly painted and thoughtfully updated, this home is ready for your perfect Poconos getaway! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, loft, and a spacious backyard with a BBQ grill — perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's an ideal setting for a peaceful and private stay. Other things to note Any tickets or fines issues by Arrowhead Lake during a guests stay are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid in full. Community Fees – Arrowhead Lake (Poconos, PA) Guests staying in the Arrowhead Lake Community are required to pay the following fees: Temporary Membership Fees (per person, age 6 and up): In-Season (May 24 – Sept 2): $8.50 per night Off-Season (Sept 3 – May 23): $2.00 per night Vehicle Gate Card (per vehicle, per stay): $20 Administration Fee (per rental registration): $20 (non-refundable) Late Registration Fee: $100 (if registration is submitted within 3 days of arrival) 📌 Guest info must be submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid the late fee. 📩 A QR code will be emailed for gate and amenity access (wristbands are no longer used).
