It is a short walk to over 100 restaurants & a mix of shops, while the Vancouver East Cultural Centre and its live theatre is but steps away. You have full access to a beautiful private garden as well as a back porch with a view where you can pass an evening sipping a glass of wine and contemplating life. The space A private suite, with separate bedroom & bathroom, a complete kitchen, with fridge, stove, microwave and dining area; the private entrance is via the garden and back porch. Guest access Guests enjoy a private entrance, and can share the back garden. There are two outside dining areas, (in season) one on the upper back porch, with a view of Burrard Inlet, the other below, on the paved patio. Given Covid-19 concerns, all hard surfaces are disinfected between guests and hand sanitizer as well as anti-bacterial wipes are available for guest use. Other things to note We are close to downtown and to the Skytrain station, as well, many restaurants are a short walk away, artist studios, parks and sports facilities. There is a Canadian flag hanging outside the front of the house, to help with quick identification.
