Lower level has 2 King bedrooms with a full bath and a half bath. 3 steps up from lower level is the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Off the dining area is the Game Room with foosball, TV, games and a full daybed. A stairway from living room leads to 3 bedrooms of the 5 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen with sink vanity, and 1 smaller Queen and Twin bedroom), a full bath, deck and hot tub. The entertaining PANORAMA from Bay Dream includes sunsets from many vantage points, migrating whales, crashing waves, fishing boats, sea birds soaring at eye level, sea lions frolicking in the bay, abalone divers in season, kayakers, surfers, paddle boarders and neighborhood deer. CASPAR BEACH is a 1/3 mile walk or just a few minutes drive to where you can almost park on the sand. Pt Cabrillo LIGHTHOUSE is about a 2 mile scenic walk along the bluffs or you can drive a few minutes to the parking lot for a short walk to the lighthouse. Guest access Bay Dream has a large driveway on a gated peninsula. There is parking for 5+ cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the private street. The neighborhood is level and paved sited on bluffs overlooking the ocean.
