Oceanfront, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st level condo in the elevator building at the sought-after Sea Colony community. Private, assigned parking for 2 vehicles! The master suite includes a king bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv and private bath. Bedroom #2 houses two twin beds and is adjacent to the hall bathroom. The living area is on the oceanfront side of the condo and allows the sun to pour in through the triple slider! The ocean views are amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay at the beach. The dining room seats 6 and we have outside seating on the oceanfront balcony! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen tv. Wi-Fi is included in your condo. The community features several charcoal grills for your use with one conveniently located in the grassy lawn area outside of your building. The swimming pool is steps away and is its own private oasis. The beach access for owners and guests only and makes for a more private beach strand experience. Please Note: The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day
