Fantastic Location - Walking distance to Beach!

This is a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom with full kitchen and a living room located on the 2nd floor. Location is perfectly located in walking distance to the beach, multiple bars and restaurants. The space No Parties allowed. The unit is for the people registered only. The HOA president lives in the building and parties will be immediately reported and the reservation will be cancelled. The unit uses the buildings WiFi and does not have its own private internet. The living room has a leather pull out sleeper sofa with coffee and end tables. One of the end tables has USB charging ports. There also is a 50" Smart TV with cable tv and a Blu Ray player in the living room. The bedroom has USB charging stations on both nightstands and a 55" Smart Tv with a Blu Ray player. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (dishes, pots, pans, utensils, K Cup machine, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster and microwave). The refrigerator also has an ice maker. The unit has private internet from Comcast and does not rely on the building WiFi. Beach towels, Kids Beach Toys, Bath towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Cooler, Linens are all provided. Check-in CHECKIN: 3:00PM CHECK-OUT: 11:00AM EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT is available at a rate of $15/hour since we may have same day reservations scheduled and will incur expedited cleaning services. Guest access Pool is open daily from Sunrise to Sunset. The unit has a shared heated pool and an outdoor grill. The pool patio is well maintained and perfect for sun bathing. There is also a shared laundry room in the building. The laundry room is located on the 1st Floor, the laundry room is accessed at the back of the building. The washer and dryers are available at a cost of $1.50 per load. Other things to note *****Important***** The spa is still out of use as construction and permitting continues to be an issue. We currently do not have a timeframe for completion. Please ask about spa availability if this is important to you. The pest control for the building will need access to the unit the 3rd week of the month(typically on a Wednesday). The pest control person will only need access for a few minutes. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. The unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot. There is additional parking on the street for a fee as well as a fee based parking garage across the street. Please refrain from hanging towels and/or swimsuits on the walkway railing. Sometimes a late checkout may be available. If you desire a checkout later than the checkout time of 11am then please feel free to inquire. When possible we will be able to extend to Noon provided it doesn't interfere with cleaning and setting up the room for the next stay. When wanting a checkout later than Noon there will be a $25 per hour charge (there is no guarantee that a late checkout will be available but no harm in asking).
