The space Our beautiful ranch-style cottage sleeps seven, making it perfect for families and groups. Our cottage offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds) as well as two bathrooms with showers. A full, well-equipped kitchen gives you the ability to make a scrumptious dinner or whip up something quickly. A large living room has sofas perfect for a game night, watching a movie, or relaxing with your group. An attached garage is available for sporting equipment. An outdoor patio table and moveable chairs give you the opportunity to enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors from various vantage points around the Cottage. A kids' play set welcomes the little ones. Our property and Cottage is entirely non-smoking, so you will be able to breathe in the beautiful Colorado air both inside and out! Guest access Our charming Cottage is a private guest house located on our farm property. You will park right outside the front door. We will contact you the day of your arrival with directions about access and keys to get into the Cottage. Our Cottage is wheelchair accessible, but it also provides immediate access to the New Santa Fe Trail, which is great for running, hiking, biking or just leisurely strolling. Our property is located just over a mile off the interstate, so grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart are only 2-5 miles away. We are one exit away from the Air Force Academy and 8 miles from the Garden of the Gods. Other things to note Our Cottage is bright, beautiful and clean, a space into which our family is proud to invite other families! We do not allow smoking in any form of any kind on our property or in our Cottage.
