With 3 queen beds, one king, twin bunk beds, and a pull out couch the house comfortably sleeps 12. With 3 couches and plenty of pillows and blankets the house can easily hold more. Towels and shampoo are included as well. Parking on the street requires guest passes that I can provide. We are yet to have an issue, but with the location the fewer cars the better. PARKING IS IN WRIGLEYVILLE ON THE STREET.
