Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located at the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, this ocean villa is one of 5 condos that we own and/or self manage on Hilton Head Island. This condo is a first floor unit, beautifully decorated and conveniently located just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, ocean side Tiki bar and restaurant and the largest ocean side pool on the island. If your dates are not available, please inquire about our other units which may be open. Our condo is close to the beach. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and largest oceanside pool on Hilton Head Island. A tiki bar/restaurant is right there oceanside as well.. You’ll love our place because of the convenience of having everything right on site - the beach, a giant pool (and kiddie pool), 3 restaurants (sports bar, pizza and the tiki bar), bicycle rental, 10 lighted tennis courts, work out center and kid's playground. The condo is 600 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa for extra guests and we ask that you not have more than 4 guests stay as we don't want you to feel like the quarters are too tight. It's perfect for a couple's getaway or for a family with small kids for vacation. As a guest, you will have our entire condo to yourself. We have a keyless entry door lock, so you will not need to worry about key exchange. Last minute reservations are not a problem. Middle of the night check in is no problem, security guards are always on duty. You will have FREE wifi internet, cable TV in the bedroom and living room. Three restaurants are on site as well as bicycle rental and FREE use of 10 lighted tennis courts. Security guards are on duty 24 hours a day. We have 2 bicycles available for your use for free while you are a guest at our condo. If you need more than 2 bikes, there are many bike rental companies on the island who will deliver them to you. If you plan to use our bikes, we will need for you to agree to the usage terms prior to getting the lock code. The bicycle information is in the next section below... I don't live on the island, but am available by text during normal daytime hours. I pride myself on answering very quickly, but if you text or try to call while I'm working or traveling, there may be a bit of a delay. Please be patient. If your ETA has you arriving late at night, please be sure you have your directions, access instructions, and door code handy as I will most likely be in bed around 8:30pm. Our cleaner does live very close by, so most concerns can usually be taken care of right away. A maintenance crew is on staff during the day, and security is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our condo is located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (HHB&T). It is a security gated resort with 24 hours security guards who patrol the property for your safety. Within the resort grounds, you will have access to the largest ocean side pool on HH Island, 10 lighted tennis courts free for you to play on during your stay, a bicycle rental shop, 3 restaurants, a pool side Tiki bar, and of course the beach with no streets to cross to get there. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, outlet shops, bicycle paths and many more activities are all with a short drive or bike ride. The Hilton Head Airport (HHH) is accessible with flights from 3 major air carriers - American Airlines, Delta and United, each flying the ERJ175 aircraft. Because everything you need is on site, it is possible to stay the entire time on the grounds without needing a car. However, if you would like to cook your own food, there are grocery stores within a 5 minute drive or 15 to 20 minute bike ride. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft services are available. We have 2 bicycles available for your use for free while you are a guest at our condo. If you need more than 2 bikes, there are many bike rental companies on the island who will deliver them to you. Bicycle information: The bikes are locked to the bike rack over near the mailboxes. They are 2 red beach cruisers and can be identified by my logo sticker, "843ByTheSea” Please read and agree to the following if you want to use the bicycles: • Because we do not necessarily get to check the condition of the bikes in between guests, we cannot guarantee that everything will be in working order • It will be your responsibility to check the bikes for safety issues – brakes, steering, pedals, tires, etc. • DO NOT ride a bicycle if there is a safety issue. Report it to us immediately! • Safety helmets are not provided. If you feel unsafe riding without a helmet, do not ride the bikes • If a bike has a flat tire or other issue, please let us know and we will arrange for repair • You may ride the bikes on the beach if you want, but you must rinse off the salt water and sand prior to parking them. There are beachside showers that can be used for rinsing them • If there is excessive sand on the bike when you arrive, please let me know • When riding the roadside bike trails, you must stay on the bike trails. Never ride in the street • When not riding, you must lock the bikes with the provided bike locks • When parked at the condo, please lock the bike frame to the rack. Do not lock the wheels only or lock them together only We will not be held responsible for property damage caused by you while you are using our bicycles. Ride at your own risk and ride safely.
