The space includes 2 queen beds, 1 Double, 1 trundle & additional air mattress. This first floor apartment has a clean, stylish appeal and is nestled in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful, mature trees. You will LOVE the spacious living room with its comfortable and generous seating plus futon for extra sleeping. The large 6 seating dining room table is perfect for a group dinner or business meeting. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter tops and drip coffee, tea, cooking ware (Pots, Pans, etc), dining ware (wine glasses, coffee mugs, children's cups, plates, and silverware, etc), microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, and fridge. The modern bathroom includes a shower as well as a bathtub for a relaxing bubble bath or a great space to bath the kids. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the back porch under the mature Magnolia Trees and the large gas grill is for your use as well. Location: Location is everything! This apartment is near Tower Grove Park, with a well-maintained path that runs alongside the Botanical Gardens that will take you straight into the park. You’ll love the mature trees and scenic views. The neighborhood is very walkable. We include a welcome manual with lots of great Saint Louis attractions. Parking: You will have access to one off street parking spot, located in the back of the property. Additional free street parking is available. The house is located on a quiet, one way street with ample parking. The Bedrooms: The first bedroom includes a high quality and extremely comfortable queen bed and 43 inch smart Roku TV with plenty of room to store clothing and other items in the dresser, two side tables or closet. The second bedroom includes a full size bed with a twin trundle underneath, dresser, large closet, a chalkboard wall for the kids and a 43 inch Roku TV. The third bedroom, located in the back of the home also includes an exceedingly comfortable queen bed, two side tables, book shelves and large closet, desk and access to the back patio. All bedrooms are equipped with a luxury sound machine, to ensure a sound sleep for all guests (even if you’re traveling with young ones or noisy friends!) Entertainment & Streaming: Kickback and watch the 55 in. smart TV. Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, and ESPN + accounts are provided on all TV’s throughout the home or feel free to log into any of your accounts on Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Laundry: You will have access to your own washer & dryer, located in the basement. Traveling with Children? We are parents of young children and teens and understand the importance of safety and convenience and not having to pack all the things. The entire apartment is setup with this in mind: all outlets are covered and the home is free of dangerous or breakable items. We also include a pack n play with mattress and cover, high chair, booster seat, baby monitors, play mat, play chair, chalk and chalkboard walls, family games, single and double jogging strollers, and toys. (Something you need not listed, just ask!) COVID Prevention and Allergy Prevention: Whole room true air purifier provided to filter allergens and germs during your stay. All pillows are encased in an allergen protective pillow case under 2nd pillow case. Prior to guests arrival the townhome is deep cleaned & sanitized with detailed dusting and disinfecting of surfaces and handles. Traveling with Pets? The space is pet friendly. Please note that there will be a $60 dollar pet fee. You are responsible for picking up dog poop in the back and front yard (bags supplied by us), please bath your dog before bringing them to the AirBNB. I also ask that you refrain from having pets on the furniture. Guest access The entire first floor apartment, back porch, and one parking spot in the back of the home is for your personal use. You will have your own personal washer and dryer, which are located in the basement of the home. The backyard, front porch, and parking area is also accessible to the 2nd floor Airbnb guests and are the only shared spaces, everything else is for your private use. There is a large kids playground in the backyard with swings, slide, rock wall and more. Other things to note We have bikes, single and double jogging strollers, child/baby equipment and a playground. This Airbnb is located on the first floor of this two family home.
