This home is walkable to Tower Grove Park and the Botanical Gardens. You’ll love the mature trees and scenic views. The neighborhood is very walkable. I include a welcome manual with lots of great Saint Louis attractions. I LOVE STL and want to share that joy with you. Parking: You will have access to two off street parking spots, both located in the back of the property. Additional free street parking is available. The house is located on a quiet, one way street with ample parking. The Bedrooms: Each floor has three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dinning room, living room, and back deck. On each floor, the first bedroom includes a high quality and extremely comfortable queen bed and 43 inch smart TV with plenty of room to store clothing and other items in the dresser, two side tables, or closet. The second bedroom includes a full size bed with a twin trundle underneath and a 32 in TV. The third bedroom, located in the back of the home includes a comfortable queen bed, two side tables, book shelves and large closet. All bedrooms are equipped with a luxury sound machine to ensure a sound sleep for all guests (even if you’re traveling with young ones or noisy friends!) Entertainment & Streaming: Kickback and watch the 55 inch smart TV in the living rooms. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ accounts are provided for you on all TV's throughout the space during your stay. Feel free to log into any of your accounts on Roku as well. Laundry: Guests will have access to two washers & two dryers, both located in the basement. Suffer From Allergies? This home includes heavy duty air purifiers, allergen preventing pillow cases and pillows and is deep cleaned and sanitized with detailed dusting prior to each guests arrival. Traveling with Children? The space is GREAT for kids. We are parents of young children and understand the importance of safety and convenience. The entire apartment is setup with this in mind: all outlets are covered and the home is free of dangerous or breakable items. The backyard is equips with an epic children's play set & playhouse. We also include a pack n play, high chair, baby monitors, rock n play, play mat, cradle, coloring and crafting tools for kids, & toys (magna-tiles, train set, & blocks). Something you need not listed, just ask! Traveling with Pets? The space is pet friendly. Please note that there will be a $100 dollar pet fee. You are responsible for picking up dog poop in the backyard (bags supplied by us) and we ask that you refrain from having pets on the furniture and beds and to give your dog a bath before your trip. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, backyard, back & front porches, upstairs balcony and two parking spots in the back of the home. You will have your own personal double set of washers and dryers, which are located in the basement of this home. The entire property is for your private use. Other things to note There is a big playground in the backyard for kids. The airbnb is walking distance to Tower Grove Park and Botanical Gardens.
