Thanks for looking! The space This property features three well-appointed bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en suite, a twin room, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed. Guests can enjoy a family bathroom and a convenient downstairs toilet. The living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen offer plenty of space to relax and entertain. French doors from the dining area lead out to a lovely garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle, and toaster, as well as ample cupboard space and all necessary cookware and crockery. A small welcome pack is provided with each booking, including tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The extendable dining table and chairs comfortably seat six people, with space for eight when needed. In the lounge area, guests can relax on a comfortable corner sofa that also converts to a double sofa bed. The 43" smart TV provides access to popular streaming services such as BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Now TV, Apple TV Plus, Disney+, and others (subscriptions required). The property also includes a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, mop, and various cleaning resources. Guests can enjoy super-fast fiber optic broadband with speeds of up to 400mb/s throughout their stay. Located just a five-minute walk from Beverley Train Station and Beverley old town and the historic Beverley Minster, and a shopping complex with a cinema, restaurants, and bars can be reached in just 2 minutes, this property is an ideal base for exploring the local area. Guest access There are 2 parking spaces at the front of the house. One parking space is behind the other. Other things to note At our Airbnb, we have made the decision not to supply towels for our guests as part of our commitment to the environment. We believe that by encouraging our guests to bring their own towels or hire them from us for a small fee, we can help to reduce the amount of water and energy that is required to wash and dry towels between each guest. However, we understand that some guests may not want to bring their own towels. In such cases, we offer the option to hire towels for a small fee, which covers the cost of washing and maintaining them. We believe that this compromise strikes a balance between our commitment to the environment and our guests' needs for a comfortable stay. Early check in and late check outs can be arranged. It is £12 for a 2pm checkin or a midday checkout. This is subject to availability and will be confirmed near to checkin time. Unauthorised late check outs are charged at £10 per hour or any part thereof plus £50. You will be provided with separate sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, and UHT milk, as well as dishwasher tablets, a new dishcloth, washing up liquid, and toilet paper. This pack has been carefully put together to ensure that you have everything you need for the first night of your stay. In addition to these essentials, hand towels and bath mats, as well as tea towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel will also be supplied for your convenience.
