La Cala Golf Resort 3 Bed Apt - sleek corner plot
A sleek 3 bedroomed corner apartment overlooking the 15th hole on the Asia course of the renowned La Cala Golf resort. The new Taylor Wimpey built apartment is located on the Horizon Golf development and is built to the highest spec; designed with all the mod-cons to ensure you have a relaxing and luxurious stay. With a huge, tranquil and private corner terrace you will enjoy a quiet stay with walking distance access to all of the hotel amenities and clubhouse facilities on-site at the resort. The communal pool is large and offers sunbeds and a children's pool. The contemporary apartment compromises of 3 large double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds. *One travel cot may fit and can be provided - please ask at the time of booking though*. Only one bedroom may fit a travel cot the other two are too small. The entry leads to a hallway that separates bedrooms and the spacious open living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern inbuilt appliances. There are dining areas both inside the kitchen and outside at the large private terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the 15th hole on the Asia course. The spacious, corner terrace will allow for complete privacy. In terms of parking; a car is almost a must. It is possible to walk easily to the clubhouse and hotel amenities within 10/15 minutes but it is a little hilly. A car drive takes you no more than 1 minute. Parking is available for ONE car only and is FREE within the apartment block building and is located directly underneath the apartment itself. Access to the garage is via a door and accessible by stairs (two small flights) or a lift which is located almost next door to the front entrance of the apartment. A gate buzzer will be provided during your stay. If you have a second vehicle, this will need to be parked at the hotel car parking area as there is only space in one designated lot for ONE car in the underground carpark. Sadly, a BBQ is no longer available due to restrictions being imposed by the development. There will be a surcharge of EUR50 (payable locally) for any arrival/check-in during anti-social hours (between the hours of 10:30pm - 7am). **PLEASE NOTE** Do not book this apartment if you are looking for a party venue. Our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. The apartment is located in a predominantly residential, tranquil location. There are strict communal rules around noise within the development. Whilst it isn't the intention to curb anyone's enjoyment of their holiday, I have to make the rules of the development clear:- - NO PARTIES - NO NOISE on the terrace between 10pm-8am - NO MUSIC on the terrace - NO same sex groups (stag or hen) other than golfers
