The building's 24-hour lobby will make you feel safe and you are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym* as well as a private parking spot. *For 10-day or longer stays The space Located in the hip neighborhood of Neve Tzedek, there are tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and museums within walking distance, and the beach is close by. The apartment is 110 square meters and is organized around a large open living area featuring the kitchen, the living room and access to the balcony. Living room with comfortable seating and vintage items, equipped with a 55 inches smart TV. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with a bar and high chairs. Office corner with suitable for remote working. Balcony furnished with deckchairs, a bench and a coffee table with chairs. Bedroom 1: master bedroom with queen size bed and full height closet. Bedroom 2: guests bedroom with 2 double beds, en suite full bathroom with walk in shower and direct access to the balcony. Both bedrooms have large windows with sea view. Extra full bathroom with walk in shower. INCLUDED AMENITIES - 24h lobby - Access to the residence indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym*. *For 10-day or longer stays - Central AC/heat. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi. - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap. EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT) - Private parking in the building: included in the booking - Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay. - Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay. - Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance. - Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay. - Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Other things to note PASSPORT AND VAT - The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. - Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. - The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. - VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. The payment may be processed through a third party platform. - I reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
