Fishing enthusiasts will find this property to be a true delight, with a private mooring for boats and a private jetty on the Crookhaven River for fishing. It's an ideal getaway for a fishing group. The house features a large open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining areas that open to an undercover entertainment space with a gas BBQ, outdoor table, and furniture. Here, you can kick back, enjoy an afternoon drink, and savor a meal while you watch the ever-changing panorama of the river. The outdoor area flows onto the fully fenced yard with your private jetty access. The property comprises 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests with 9 beds. There are 2.5 bathrooms, including a spa bath, bath, 2 showers, and 3 toilets. Additional amenities include a large TV, DVD player, stereo, gas heater, slow combustion wood heater (wood not supplied), microwave, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Outdoors, there's an outdoor setting for 6 people and a Gas BBQ. The property is fully fenced with enclosed yard access to the water. There's a double garage with internal access to the house and a separate w/c. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars, and there's a private jetty to moor boats with access to the yard. The bedding configuration includes: Bedroom 1: Queen size bed and single bed, opens to front patio and BBQ area with river views Bedroom 2: Two King single beds Bedroom 3: Single bunk beds and single bed with single trundle Bedroom 4: Double bed, private balcony, and river views. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
