This two-bedroom property, warmly welcoming one small, house-trained dog, is your perfect retreat just minutes away from the captivating Pevensey Bay. As you enter, be captivated by the spacious and modern open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. The fully fitted kitchen caters to your every need with a fitted double oven, four-ring gas hob, built-in microwave, full-size integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials—from pots and pans to serving dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, and even a cafetiere. An island with a breakfast bar adds a touch of elegance to the culinary space. The dining area, adorned with a good-sized table and four chairs, beckons for shared meals and conversation. In the lounge, unwind amidst modern comforts, featuring a large TV with Freeview, Prime, and Netflix capabilities (guests required to use their own login details), a coffee table, modern fireplace surrounds with an electric fire, two sofas, and an additional lounge chair. For added convenience, there's a washing machine, a travel cot, and a highchair for guest use. Bedroom one, the master bedroom, exudes luxury with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe with a dressing table/mirror and stool, ample storage, and an en-suite full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Bedroom two, a delightful twin room, boasts two single beds, a TV, and an additional walk-in wardrobe with two sets of drawers, hanging rails, and a half-size mirror. The large family bathroom adds a touch of relaxation with a bath, toilet, and wash hand basin. Parking is a breeze with spaces for one car to the side of the property, and additional guest parking just a few meters away. Basic kitchen essentials are provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, and tea towels. Immerse yourself in the relaxed environment, breathe in the refreshing sea air, and make the most of the park facilities. Take a dip in the heated indoor pool, socialize in the modern restaurant, and bar, or simply savour the views from the outside terrace. Families are in for a treat with an outdoor play area, children’s shallow pool, and Loopy Kids Club to keep them entertained over the season. Passes can be purchased from the park reception. The park's facilities, fully open from March to October yearly, include a superb indoor swimming pool, gym, laundry, and a large clubhouse bar and restaurant offering evening entertainment and hot and cold food. Some limited facilities are available during the winter months. A mere 10-minute walk takes you to the bustling seaside village of Pevensey Bay, while the Eastbourne Marina development and Crumble’s retail park, with a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants, are also close by, along with the picturesque harbour itself. Entry instructions will be given 3 days prior to arrival. The guest will be given a contact number for any issues arising during their stay. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore. While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest. For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
