Cozy apartment in the heart of Rome, a few meters from Termini Station and 100 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, all the city's transport, ideal for exploring the city with buses and metro within walking distance. A triple room, with a comfortable double bed and a very comfortable single bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa offer you the comfort you deserve. Equipped with every comfort: drinking water, microwave, kettle, iron and the prestigious Nespresso coffee machine, to guarantee moments of pure pleasure. Also, portable WiFi keeps you connected. All this in a building with an elevator. Make your vacation a unique experience in this refined home! Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. The elevator, despite being small, is fully functional. Inside the building there is a patio where you can dispose of waste, with the recommendation to follow the recycling. It is possible to self check in, please check that you can make a phone call to open the entrance door. Alternatively, if I have to greet you personally, I'll give you the 2 sets of keys. Other things to note I live about an hour from Rome, so I try to organize a precise welcome in which I explain all the details and operation of the apartment. If necessary, I'm always available to intervene. I ask guests to use the apartment as if it were their own and respect it as they would like their home to be respected. It is very important to let me know your arrival time and flight or train details. Check-in is possible until 8pm; after that time, you can check yourself in for free. Alternatively, for assisted check-in, there is an extra cost of €20 until 10:00 pm and €40 after 10:00 pm.
