After a long renovation, we decided to make it available to all those who want to visit Salento, staying a few kilometers from the city of Lecce, in a quiet and non-touristy seaside resort, with breezy and pristine beaches and a crystal clear sea within walking distance. We hope it can also be the place for an unforgettable vacation for you. The space The villa is divided into two separate housing units on three floors and allows up to 14 people to stay. Inside, the beds are divided into 10 rooms equipped with 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, two patios and a large terrace. In the large garden you will find a swimming pool, a hot tub for 6 people, an outdoor shower, a solar shower, a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and several shaded corners with hammocks and swings where you can read and rest. Guest access Easily accessible by car, it has 4 indoor parking lots and numerous roadside parking lots. A few meters' walk away are: a pastry bar, a newsstand, a pizzeria, a tobacco shop, a butcher, a greengrocer and a mini market. Torre Chianca beach is only 450 m away and along the beach you can reach Spiaggia Bella and San Cataldo. Possibility to use an umbrella and two sun loungers at the nearest beach within walking distance, with a small surcharge. Other things to note Torre Chianca is a paradise for kite surfers: it is a very windy place where you will not suffer from the sultry heat. In the evening you can reach Lecce in a few minutes by car.
