Villa Stefanie is located on top of the hill of Padenghe sul Garda, in a panoramic position that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the surrounding hills. It is located in the exclusive Villaggio Alighieri, consisting of Villas surrounded by large gardens and green areas, thus offering great tranquility and privacy. It has a private swimming pool of about 10m x 4 and a large garden for exclusive use. CIR 017129-CNI-00105 CIN: IT017129C2E6SKEV43 The space On the first floor, on the lake view side, you will find a large living room with sofas and satellite TV, as well as a dining area with a table and an open kitchen, equipped with all the accessories (dishwasher, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine), a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, separate bathtub, two sinks), as well as a small bathroom (toilet + sink). The internal staircase leads to the upper floor, from where you can access the terrace with a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding hills; from the living room you can also access the porch with outdoor dining table and barbecue for outdoor cooking. On the ground floor, there are two additional double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a service room with a washing machine. In the Villa's garden, you will also find the uncovered parking space for two cars. Guest access In addition to the private swimming pool for the exclusive use of Villa Stefanie, within the Village you will find two additional swimming pools for common use of all the Villas, located about 100 meters away and round in shape; thanks to its shape and size, it allows you to swim continuously. Next to the pool, there is also an additional small pool with water about 50 centimeters deep, perfect for your children to play. The Village also has two clay tennis courts, available free of charge upon reservation at the Village Office. Other things to note Villa Stefanie does not have air conditioning, but its location in the middle of the countryside and with constant breezes from the hills allows you to still enjoy it in maximum comfort. Please note that the Villa is arranged on multiple levels and there are internal stairs. The large garden is not fenced, and some parts of it are sloped; neither the private pool nor the common pool is fenced, and in some areas the water is about two meters deep. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times when they are in areas outside the Villa. The following costs are not included, and will be paid upon arrival: • Municipal Accommodation Tax of €1.50 per day per person over 14 years of age. Various home services are available upon request: a cook, Pilates and yoga classes, massages, e-bike rental, and guided e-bike tours to explore the area. The cost is not included in the rental fee and will be payable separately. Check-in between 9:00 p.m. and midnight is available at an extra cost of €80. Check-in after midnight is not allowed. Upon arrival, you will find sheets and a set of towels per person. Additional linens will be available at an extra cost. At check-in, we provide a welcome kit (single-dose shampoo and soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablet, bags); it will be the guest's responsibility to purchase additional quantities based on their needs.
