The first level also includes two queen bedrooms, a den with queen sleep sofa and two full baths. The second level features an expansive primary bedroom suite, sitting area (also with Queen sleep sofa) and luxurious bathroom. Both dens can be walled off with barn style doors to be separate bedrooms. One of the Queen bedrooms on the lower level is a suite with bathroom, wine fridge, sink, drawer dishwasher and separate entrance. The home features a large deck directly off the living room with sofas for lounging and napping, a large gas grill and table for outdoor dining. This home was built with our planet in mind, utilizing eco-friendly solar panels, geothermal and a tankless hot water system, along with exterior and interior shades to keep out the sun and heat. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
