In the main unit there are the dining area, the typical kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, a room in a passageway with double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The outbuilding consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Moreover, in the garden there is another bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the property there is a parking area under the trees, a fruit orchard and a gazebo with dining area. The city centre is 4 kilometers away, while the closest beaches such as Ostuni marina, are 13 kilometers away. Ostuni is known as the "White City" and it`s one of the most beautiful towns in the Itria Valley. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person. - Pool available from May June to September October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
