Chalet Altitude 1057 is located on the Roumnaz road at the Via des Traz and enjoys a rare location in the Chamonix Valley; in the city center, a two-minute walk from the pedestrian street, close to the Brévent/Flégère ski area, you will discover Chamonix in peace and without a car. The space Chalet Altitude 1057 is located in the city center; it can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms (single or double beds) with bathrooms or shower rooms, and toilets. Everyone sleeps under the duvet: it is thinner in summer. The Mont-Blanc and Goûter rooms have a south-facing balcony. The living room with a large fireplace opens onto a 32 m² south-facing terrace facing Mont Blanc. Kitchen is Fully stocked. The dining table has at least 10 seats but occasionally there can be 12. The cloakroom, sauna and shower, laundry room, and cloakroom lounge are in the basement. You can park up to 4 cars. Regarding your arrival, we prepare the chalet at your convenience with single or double beds. Breakfasts can be ordered for the entire stay for all guests. Price is 12 euros per person, 3 euros extra for "VEGAN" breakfasts. Most of the products we use are organic: breads, eggs, flour, milk, butter, yogurts, cocoa, jams, honey, fruits, dried fruits, cereals, tofu, chia, almond milk, soy milk... etc., with local cheeses. The chalet is equipped with free private Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, several satellite TV packages, a DVD player, a stereo system, a fondue set, a raclette set, a barbecue. Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue are not included. I provide guest cards that allow you to travel freely and free of charge by train and bus in the valleys of Servoz, Chamonix and Vallorcines (near Switzerland). Chamonix is a small mountain town located between France, Switzerland, and Italy at the foot of Mont Blanc and many needles, peaks and glaciers. Very cosmopolitan, it has kept its mountain character, the charm of the first climbs, a unique destination for more than three centuries. All year round tourists come to see one of the most beautiful panoramas, and each in their own way, from the greatest mountaineer to the not very athletic.
