Easy access to Oxford or the Cotwolds and excellent links to London via the M40. Close to the wedding venue, Warwick House. The space This newly built eco-house, has a stylish finish throughout with bright, airy and large spaces. An impressive lounge/diner, with two large sofas and comfy chairs and Smart TV also has a dining table to comfortably seat 8. The kitchen has a seating area and breakfast bar style island. With electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, everything required for holiday dining and a dishwasher too. Four bedrooms, one king with en-suite, a king-size zip-and-link, one double bedroom, and a small double room. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, basin and WC. Off the entrance hallway is a separate WC and utility room with washing machine. We welcome 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately) Guest access There is space for 2 cars, with visitor parking available too. Access is via a lock box for self check in. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.
