The open-plan living area forms the heart of the cottage, with a well-equipped kitchen for preparing leisurely breakfasts, a generous farmhouse dining table for long meals together and inviting sofas gathered around the roaring open fire, perfect for cosy evenings after a day exploring Suffolk. Upstairs, the cottage continues its historic charm with vaulted ceilings, original beams and peaceful views across the orchard and surrounding countryside. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features both a king-size and single bed, making the cottage ideal for families and friends. Completing the first floor is a shower room. Outside, enjoy your morning coffee amongst the orchard gardens, wander directly onto countryside footpaths or spend warm evenings dining beneath open skies before strolling across the fields to the welcoming local pub. This cottage forms part of Grove Farm, a collection of six holiday cottages situated within close proximity of one another. While some outdoor areas are shared, each cottage enjoys its own private space, allowing guests to relax and unwind in peace. Additional Information: Two dogs welcome (small additional charge). There is some external CCTV in operation for security purposes. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. Outside: Outdoor seating area with table and chairs seating five guests.
