Welcome to Domaine Les Terres de Gaalon Le Pressoir is a traditional Norman property in the Pays d’Auge, carefully renovated, set in the heart of the countryside with a large private garden. Bright, warm, and open to nature, it’s an ideal place to gather with family or friends and enjoy a truly peaceful stay. The space Le Pressoir can accommodate up to 10 guests and offers a soft, minimalist atmosphere with beautiful open views. It’s an easy place to live in—comfortable gatherings around the table, shared moments indoors, and time in the garden when the weather is fine. House layout Access / porch: • Covered porch for parking • Under the porch: laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer Ground floor: • Kitchen • Bright living and sitting room with a wood-burning stove • Direct access to a south-facing terrace • Separate toilet with hand basin • 1 bedroom with wardrobe and en-suite bathroom First floor: • Bedroom 1: king-size bed (can be prepared as 1 double or 2 single beds on request) • Bedroom 2: king-size bed (can be prepared as 1 double or 2 single beds on request) • Bedroom 3: king-size bed with a large lounge area (can be prepared as 1 double or 2 single beds on request) • Bedroom 4: adjoining Bedroom 3 (accessed via a door), can be prepared as 2 single beds • 1 bathroom with toilet • A separate toilet and a shower room complete the Bedroom 3 & 4 area Good to know: • Bedrooms 3 and 4 make a very practical setup for families. • Bed linen “Tradition des Vosges” and towels are provided. • Quality bedding, with beds prepared to suit your needs (double bed or separate beds on request). • Baby equipment available on request (cot, high chair, changing mat, potty). • “Feel at home” spirit: the house is deliberately very well equipped, with many everyday essentials available so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. • Fibre / Wi-Fi available. • Barbecue available. • Need to accommodate more guests? Other houses can be booked on site (2 guests, 6 guests, and two houses for 10 guests). Heated shared swimming pool The estate’s swimming pool is open from mid-April to the end of September and heated to around 29°C. With plenty of sun loungers, it’s a real place to unwind and enjoy the calm of the Norman countryside. A shower and toilets are available, and towels are provided. Guest access You enjoy exclusive use of the house, with access to all its spaces and amenities. Other things to note Everything is designed for a simple, comfortable and warm stay. Domaine Les Terres de Gaalon is a family business: we attach great importance to small details and take special care in preparing the accommodation.
