There is a main bathroom with a bathtub and shower as well as an en suite bathroom. The newly fitted kitchen is complete with an island/breakfast bar, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave as well as a Nespresso coffee maker and another sofa which can also double up as a sofa bed. Please note, there is a bar below the property and they often have live bands playing on Fridays & Saturdays. Although not unbearable, some people may find this disturbing. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard with quality decor and cotton bed linens. A travel cot can be provided upon request. Guest access There is a lockbox on site, the code will be provided upon booking. Guests can arrive and have access at any time after 4pm on the day their stay begins. For check out, guests can leave at any time prior to 10am. Please do get in touch if you need an early check in or late check out, we will always try to accomodate your needs wherever possible. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE STRICT NO PARTY POLICY AND THE MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 21 No stag/hen dos. The apartment is located in a communal building where consideration must be paid to neighbouring residents.
