During the warmer months take advantage of the river for all your favorite water activities, launch a boat at nearby Fred's Landing, use the BBQ and outdoor dining areas or just lounge in the sun. The house is all one level with direct access to the huge lawn and gardens of approx 1 acre. The space In the colder months Riverfront Holiday House provides the perfect place to snuggle up with heated reverse cycle air conditioning amazing views, big screen TVs, DVD player and spacious living areas. The lawn area extends to the rivers' edge and includes your own private sandy beach. The house has a large kitchen and laundry, and will comfortably sleep up to 9 guests and has the added convenience of a second bathroom/toilet.
