This home sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. The open floor plan has a rec. room with a full-sized Brunswick pool table; a cozy living room; a spacious kitchen layout with lots of cabinets, counter space, a breakfast bar and a large coffee bar; the dining room has seating for at least six – the separate laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will definitely want to dine out with so many local restaurants in walking distance, but should you need, the kitchen is fully stocked and includes an electric stove, microwave, toaster, Ninja blender, rice cooker, large refrigerator, full-sized dishwasher, electric kettle, and Keurig dual coffee maker. The Primary bedroom features a luxurious King bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The Second bedroom has a “memory foam” queen bed and a full-sized closet – this bedroom shares the hall bath with the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room has two full sized beds arranged in an over/under layout. There are 40-inch “Smart TV’s” in all bedrooms and a 50-inch “Smart TV” in the family room all with Roku streaming capabilities. The quiet back porch is the best place for morning coffee as well as for enjoying cool summer breezes in the shade of the tree filled back yard. The gas grill, just off the back deck, is available if you love to grill as much as we do. Enjoy the large firepit while relaxing with your family and friends. **For your awareness and planning purposes, our home offers 1896 square feet.** Guest access Guests at the Whistle Stop enjoy the contactless guest entry and large driveway with off-street parking for two vehicles. Other things to note Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
