There is one downstairs bathroom, and an external laundry off the back deck. Master Bedroom is behind a small sitting area at the top of the stairs and the other bedroom features a double bed and 2 bunk beds. In the living area there is also a queen sofa bed. Lots of books for holiday reading and some games and puzzles for an idyllic quiet afternoon. Guest access Plenty of parking on this large bush block. Lots of stunning bush and beach walks to blow your cares away. The township is quite level, so ideal for riding your bike to the beach and on some of the bush trails. A bumpy 3km drive (or uphill walk) will take you through the forest to the South of mystery bay, to 1080 beach where you will have spectacular views of the coast and meet the local wallabies at dusk. Access this via the forest road off Lamont Young Drive. Other things to note The house is about a 3 minute walk to the State forest that encompasses Mystery Bay, and across the road, the sun sets over Gulaga mountain, a sacred mountain for the Yuin people of southern New South Wales. A 10 min drive will take you to the cosy township of Central Tilba where there is a market on Saturday mornings in the local hall, and a dairy at the bottom of the hill (milkshakes for the kids) and the pub at the top, where there is live music on a Sunday afternoon (for the whole family), and a myriad of boutiques and other delights in between. To the north is the township of Narooma, where you can find a Woolies and Aldi, for groceries and other supplies. There's even a mobile fishmonger! Note that phone coverage is patchy at best in Mystery Bay, so do not rely on it, but the wi-fi at the house is strong. Note that all properties in Mystery Bay use an environmentally friendly bio-cycle filtration system to process waste water. The purified water is diverted to sprinklers on the garden and is serviced regularly. It is important that no bleach/ caustic products, nappies or hygiene products make their way into the system. Thanks for your consideration. If you're driving up the coast road from Melbourne, bear in mind that filling up with petrol at Lake's Entrance or Orbost will ensure you make it the whole way without any dramas! EV charging with a Type 2 connection is available onsite. Contact us if you wish to charge your car during your stay. Registration Details PID-STRA-18489
