Best Location: Opposite the building is the entrance of the ReSoWi (Law, Social and Economic Faculty) of the Karl-Franzens University. Ideal for visiting professors, students or their families/relatives, but also for families with up to two children. The space A wide double bed in the bedroom with a small sweet crib and in the living room a comfortable sofa bed for two people. Beautiful fabrics, warm delicate room colors with impressive designer wallpaper and a cozy sitting area opposite the kitchen - all this can be found in this newly renovated old building apartment. Nothing is missing - a cozy apartment to arrive, feel good and relax. Both rooms face directly to the entrance of the ReSoWi building of the Karl Franzens University – you can't get any closer to the university. The new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - you can enjoy the evening on the cozy bench opposite the kitchen. The bathroom is also completely new, including a washer/dryer combination. There is a private "platform toilet" - of course also newly renovated. The apartment is furnished with a lot of fairness and charm, practical, ideal for families with children, a couple or students with joy. A crib is available separately - on request. The front yard of the villa can be shared with other guests. Guest access Instead of a key, there is a code lock – of course, 24 hours a day. Therefore, you can check in and out at any time of the day or night, with the earliest check-in time being 3 PM and the latest check-out time being 10 AM. We will send you all the necessary information by email before your arrival. Right in front of the apartment there is a private parking space in our secure courtyard area. Other things to note There are 3 entrance steps to the house and the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The apartment is located directly opposite the university on Schubertstraße - street noise is audible. Please be sure to fill out a guest sheet. We and you as a guest are legally obliged to. We also use this apartment for our private guests. Please handle the apartment very carefully, the following guests and we thank you!
