This stylish, renovated and thoughtfully designed apartment by "GrazRentals" is located on the first floor of a listed annex of one of the oldest Wilhelminian villas in Graz. Best location: Opposite the building is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social and Economic Sciences) of Karl-Franzens University. Ideal for academics, families and Graz visitors who appreciate charm and a central location. The space A wide double bed in the bedroom with a small sweet crib and in the living room a comfortable sofa bed for two people. Beautiful fabrics, warm delicate room colors with impressive designer wallpaper and a cozy sitting area opposite the kitchen - all this can be found in this newly renovated old building apartment. Nothing is missing - a cozy apartment to arrive, feel good and relax. Both rooms face directly to the entrance of the ReSoWi building of Karl Franzens University – you can't get any closer to the university. The new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There is a dishwasher as well as a stove, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster and hand mixer. The cozy bench opposite the kitchen invites you to work or enjoy. Of course, there are also fast Internet and streaming services. There is a washer/dryer combination in the new bathroom. The toilet is in a separate room - of course also newly renovated. The apartment is decorated with a lot of fair and charm, practical, ideal for families with children, a couple or guest professors. A crib and high chair are available separately - on request. The front garden of the villa can be shared with other guests. Guest access Instead of a key, there is a code lock – of course, 24 hours a day. Therefore, you can check in and out at any time of the day or night, with the earliest check-in time being 3 PM and the latest check-out time being 10 AM. We will send you all the necessary information by email before your arrival. Right in front of the apartment there is a private parking space in our secure courtyard area. Other things to note There are 3 entrance steps to the house and the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The apartment is located directly opposite the university on Schubertstraße - street noise is audible. Please be sure to fill out a guest sheet. We and you as a guest are legally obliged to. We also use this apartment for our private guests. Please handle the apartment very carefully, the following guests and we thank you!
