You’ll be staying in Peckham, recently celebrated as London’s coolest neighbourhood for 2025, known for its thriving cultural scene, buzzing eateries, and creative energy. It sleeps up to 4, with a chilled living space, smart TV for streaming your go-to shows, and a dining area right by big glass doors that open onto a sunny balcony with views of Central London in the distance. The kitchen’s got all the basics for when you’d rather cook than head out, and the bathroom’s stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Your safety’s covered too, with a new fire alarm and two carbon monoxide detectors. Just a heads up: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect with, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. The building is a bit old, so the areas outside of the flat aren't perfect. It's also not accessible to people with reduced mobility, so do keep that in mind. Enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
