Bento metro station. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Please be aware that despite having an elevator, the apartment has a steep flight of stairs before it. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
