Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Service available 24/7 for your convenience. There's a shared common area in the ground/basement level of the building with a washing machine. To use the washing machine, you will need to pay a small fee per use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
