The house has a dining room with an attached, well-equipped kitchen, a very large living room, a bedroom with a small toilet and a bedroom with a bathroom. Furthermore there is a bathroom with toilet and shower, a utility room, a cellar and a garage. Besides the beds in the sleeping rooms, there is a comfy sleeping sofa and a kids cot. The living space is 131 m². Guest access The whole house will be at your disposal. You are at a very quiet place, only the occasionally passing railcars of the railway line Holzkirchen - Bayrischzell remind you from time to time that civilization is not far.
