This lovely 70m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only. In this apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. 10 minutes walking distance to Faria Guimaraes metro station. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Service available 24/7 for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note The building has an elevator but unfortunately is not working. The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
