The beach is around the corner, only 50 meters walking. The house dates from 1850 and has been a residential property for 25 years. Before this time it was a shop, where the greengrocer and upholstery ladies sold their merchandise. The wooden beams on the second floor were washed up on the beach at Zandvoort and come from a shipwreck. As it was in earlier times, the bathroom is also on the ground floor, where there is also a toilet. For the convenience of modern times, there is an extra toilet on the second floor.
