The modern holiday home has been recently renovated to a high standard and consists of a large living and dining room a well equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a complete bathroom including a spacious shower. Ideally the house is perfect for accommodating four guests, however there is a sofa bed located in the large living room which will enable us to accommodate a further two guests totalling 6 people . The outdoor area consists of a long balcony which is approximately 1.30m wide, and the outside area is sheltered by awnings which allows guests to relax comfortably in the deck chairs provided in the outdoor area. The holiday home contains three air conditioners which have the options of both hot and cold settings depending on the weather. There is one located in both of the double bedrooms and the third is located in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the appliances and utensils you will need to cook meals and there is a washing machine provided within the home. In the living room you will also find a supply of clean bedding , towels and a bath mat for our guests to use. Included in the price is the final clean of the property and on arrival it will be spotless. If your stay is longer than one week we will provide a weekly cleaning service as well as replacing the change of bedding and towels.
