You will come across a well-furnished deck with plenty of seating space, including an outdoor dining area to enjoy all of your meals al fresco, a refreshing and secluded outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach, and an in-ground private pool. We definitely understand if you would rather spend most of your time outside! Inside this charming, coastal-themed home, you will find a cozy living room with a large sectional in front of a large flatscreen TV. This is perfect if you are looking for a great and comfortable place to rest after swimming in the pool or visiting the heart of town. Pull out any of the board games available and gather around the coffee table or dining table for an entertaining evening with your friends. The kitchen boasts plenty of space to move around and counter space to work on, plus great appliances that will make cooking a breeze. From the kitchen, you will have access to a comfortable sunroom, which also opens up to the backyard. This home's first level also hosts three bedrooms (two of them with flatscreen TVs) and two full bathrooms. Climb up the stairs to find two more bedrooms sharing a full bath. One of these bedrooms has a small desk with a printer and monitor. Above the garage is an in-law suite with partial A/C and a full bathroom. Pool is not heated Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
