The new primary bath walk-in shower also features multiple rain showerheads, a four-way handheld attachment, and a separate jetted soaking tub. This charming cottage is just a short drive or bike ride to the beach and downtown Bethany Beach. The property has a Lennox HVAC system and a washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
