The second bedroom offers a queen bed and views of the gulf and private bath. The third room offers a separate twin bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top and full on the bottom. In the living room you will find a pull out sofa. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. This unit gives you the best of both worlds! The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment! When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property.
